"Film depicts the August 1965 trip to the University of the Philippines by Cornell University President James Perkins. The film documents the signing of an agreement between University of the Philippines President Carlos Peña Romulo and Cornell. The agreement with assistance from the Ford Foundation was meant to strengthen the graduate program of the College of Agriculture.
